Marcelo Bridger

Born in Buenos Aires, Marcelo studied Graphic Design, Advertising and Marketing at the University of Buenos Aires. When he graduated he joined his friend Santiago Felippelli Conway and the pair worked freelance together. Simultaneously he started working for two important agencies, first at Saatchi & Saatchi and later at Grey Argentina as an art director.
In 1990, Marcelo and Santiago launched D-Mode magazine becoming, at the same time, partners in the graphic design agency Maya. In 1994 Marcelo left Grey Argentina to focus 100% on his new agency. A year later, the agency was renamed BridgerConway. Marcelo currently manages the agency’s operations in Argentina and Latin America. |

Santiago Felippelli Conway

In 1987 he received the Electromechanical Technician title from Philips School, Argentina, where he obtained his first job as a technical sketcher. In 1989, he started studying Industrial Design at the University of Buenos Aires, while working simultaneously with a printer. There he learned the secrets of the printing business, while working also as an intern at Grey Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett.
In 1990 he launched with his partner Marcelo Bridger, a publishing company called D´Mode, which has published D’Mode magazine to the present day with 150 issues in the market.
A year later he started BridgerConway, a business dedicated to integrated branding and marketing services, graphic design, industrial design, packaging design, broadcast and interactive design. Between 2000 and 2001 he performed lectures on Corporative Identity at the Universities of Cordoba, Mendoza and Buenos Aires. In 2001 he opened the first US BridgerConway office in Miami followed by New York and Dubai in 2006. Santiago has honed his skills as executive creative director for all real estate marketing projects. |

Maggie Sander

Having worked for the last 10 years in various design and IT companies, Maggie has focused her work on strategic marketing and digital media consultancy. She implemented numerous websites, viral marketing campaigns and over the past few years has focused on strategic online marketing.
She has also gained experience working with luxury real estate companies and has worked on renowned brands such as: St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, Nike, Nokia, Trump Hollywood and Pepsi; working not only for the American market, but also for the top European and Middle East markets. Her experience involves handling Interactive Creative and IT teams and integrating their work with other marketing/communication departments. |

Gustavo Chertcoff

Gustavo has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the University of Buenos Aires. He has more than 13 years of experience in design and technology. He worked for several IT companies, building on his background of integral development and project implementation. He has worked in companies such as Torneos y Competencias, 451, Eyeworks Cuatro Cabezas, also worked as a consultant for Leo Burnett.
Gustavo has managed renowned accounts such as Visa, Telefónica, Telecom, Fiat, Cencosud, Philips, SkyTeam and Sherwin Williams among others. In addition, he managed implementations of important applications, several portals, online newspapers, and has achieved significant expertise in aspects such as usability, user experience definition and content architecture. He rejoined BridgerConway as Manager of Operations for the interactive area. |

Sofia Califano

Sofia graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. For the past six years she has developed her professional career in digital design by working in design studios and freelancing. Since 2006 she has been working at BridgerConway in the interactive area as web designer. In 2009 she was promoted to Art Director in the same area. She coordinates a group of designers working with national and international brands such as LAN, Brahma, Telmex, Pepsi and numerous real estate companies. |
